A BOOK OF LETTERS
A book of letters are a way of writing a day by day journal to yourself. You can write about how you feel about your life. Write about your ups and downs. Write about your family. Write about your day at work. Write about someone that is getting on your nerve. Write about your trials and tribulations. Write about your love life. Write about how you feel. Write about what you want to achieve in life. Write about your hardship in life and how you can go about changing your situation. Write a song, a book, a play. Write a word of encouragement to yourself. Write and keep a journal of self determination in life. Write and express yourself in your journal. When all is said and done, you can read about your expressions of love, how you resolved your conflict and how you move your life forward.
